O.k. if you are willing to wait a long time. Desk folks (intake),not doing jobs. I easily could have not been upset but I think 4 visits to get 4 tires and and alignment, too many !
Very bad customer service. Long wait for simple services. No updates. Dismissive and impolite customer service ladies at front desk.
Haley provided me with a great preowned vehicle and I am going back for another because it ran so well and I trust them now.
Took my vehicle here for an inspection. It passed. Not even a month later my ball joint snapped. Luckily it was when I was pulling into a parking lot when it happened. They fixed it but it still shouldn't have happened to begin with. Then tried to purchase a vehicle from them and they some how managed to approve me for one vehicle and supposedly only that one. There were a few cheaper than the one they approved and for some reason couldn't approve me for any of those. It also seemed like they were trying to force me into the "only" vehicle I was approved for which seemed to have transmission problems. The staff is nice but i Would not recommend them for work or purchasing of vehichles.
If there was a negative 5 star that is what I would give!!!! Charged me twice to check my car out to find why it would not start. Could not find the cause for the battery going dead after I paid them to twice!! A few days later, I had an auto parts store do a test (FOR FREE) and found out my alternator was no good. After having that replaced they found a large crack in the battery and all the acid had leaked out!! No wonder my FORD wouldn't start!! Oh, in case you don't know, Haley is a FORD DEALERSHIP!! Yep, and I paid twice to have them find the problem but they couldn't find problems that obvious with a simple test offered for FREE AT MOST AUTO PARTS STORES!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT HALEY!!! Now my car runs perfect, after taking it to Pep Boys, who are not FORD SPECIALIST!! Pretty bad that they knew more than a FORD DEALERSHIP!! But good for Pep Boys
