Take my car there for inspection. It is obvious it needs some work, which I don't mind paying for. They tell me over the phone what's wrong with car, just the brake pads and rotors, I can deal with that. They tell me an estimate and I head up to the shop to pick my car up for a second opinion.
LITERALLY as I'm walking out of the door, the lady yells, "Oh yeah! The front left tire needs replaced to pass inspection too!".... As I'm walking out the door!!
Question, where they going to do all of the extra work they didn't tell me about for free? Cause they sure didn't include it in the original estimate for the car to pass inspection.
Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I had my car taken there and it sat for 2 WEEKS without being touched! After those two weeks, they finally decided to feel like working on my car. I needed my car back as soon as possible, and personally, having my car be at B&G Auto for a whole month was not in my schedule.To anybody in the future who needs their car to be worked on, do NOT under any circumstances go to B&G Auto, because god knows when they'll actually feel like working on your vehicle. I will NEVER go to B&G Auto again, lesson learned.
B & G Auto has been servicing our fleet vehicles for several years now. They have always taken great care of us. They have great customer service. Any time we have had a faulty part, they have done everything they can to help me get it covered under warranty. Because of this and their great service, I can't imagine how much money they have saved me over the years. I would not trust anyone else to work on our vehicles. I have actually towed trucks from long distances back to them, rather than to allow another shop to work on them. I know for a fact that other shops send them vehicles that they are unable to figure out how to fix. That should tell you something.........
They were the worst mechanics I had ever dealt with in my entire life. There service sucks. The people were rude. I would never recommend them to anyone!!!!
Have always been extremely friendly, prompt and capable - have been taking my car here for regular service for years.
I'm picking up the keys, and they tell me, "okay, it's the break pads and rotors... oh yeah, dont forget about the wipers, those need replaced to pass inspection".... I agreed and head to the door
