I was looking for aquatic sand a taller heavy set black guy walking with a shopping cart full of pet food clearly wearing his vest. I went up to him to ask if he could help me look for it and he just points to an isle and tells me everything you are looking for is in there. asked him if he could help me look for it. he responded with "I'm off the clock". I don't know why he is wearing his vest if he's off the clock. nor did he atleast send me to someone who was. the attitude he gave me was unprofessional. if he doesn't want customers to go up to him and ask for help he should not be wearing the vest.
Compared to many other Walmart stores I have been to, this one has some of the friendliest staff I have ever meet. Very helpful, take the time to answer any questions you have, and make you feel welcome! Such a refreshing feeling!
I use a GPS all the time. I travel between 300 to 800 miles a week. This app does not show the speed limit on the road like most apps. I also wish when you're traveling and you need to find a Walmart, fast food, Pharmacy Etc it would show you what is on your route.
Oh i love the fact that i can order. Online from Walmart because. Local Walmart runs out of everything I. Need. Its the best try it for yourself
I have great interaction with the team in lawn care. I would give them a 5 especially Norman!! Seems like every time I go in for an item they have spread out on the item next to it so my item does not get ordered. This happens in the grocery section mainly, but occasionally in the pet treat area too. Customer service is mid grade. Some are awesome and others make up for the awesomeness, Not enough registers are open in the morning before 7:30.
