Absolutely filthy and disgusting room. Foul odor. Walls filthy with ground-in dirt and splattered who-knows what. Large hole in dry wall near door. Signs the door had been forced open previously. One sheet and pillow cases seemed clean, other bed clothes were gray, stained and stinking. Doesn't deserve 1 star, but have to click a star to be allowed to post. This place deserved to be closed down by the health authorities and torn down.
The room merited a one, but I'm giving 2 for how polite and courteous the staff was. they were extremely helpful and understanding.
Scary hotel. Rappers out front half the night. I think they live at the hotel... With no job. Toilet ran so much and so loudly that I had to shut off the water in order to sleep. Fridge was banging all night. Clock was occasionally making half alarm growling sounds... Finally unplugged it. Best advice is to spend the money and book the Hampton Inn.
Rates are too high for quality of rooms, very friendly staff though, great breakfast. Could really use renovations!!
Worst place we've ever stayed. We told the front desk that our microwave was missing and they never replaced it. No battery in the smoke detector. Beer caps all over floor and we don't drink beer. Lost all water in the middle of day. Once we got it back, it was disgusting brown. Sheets had stains on them. I was so grossed out I bought my own sheets and brushed my teeth with the water from my water bottle. We paid $345 for two nights and it wasn't worth it at all. Is rather sleep in my car.
