The food was great. I ordered food through the 1st drive thru, my cashiers name on the receipt was Shakiera. At the speaker, she was not polite at all. I ordered a BBQ plate & asked for a fork she seem that she had an attitude when she handed me the fork & it seems to me that she was rushing me away. Cookout needs better cashiers with great attitudes.
It's got all the regular cookout stuff plus it's got a pretty nice interior. You can actually sit inside, that's not very common among cookouts. The food is good as usual and it's cheap.
Great Service. Super Bowl prices... Best milkshakes ever.... Food has always been great... Absolutely no complaints!!!
We got there and I felt rushed by the employees to order. Then they put our order in wrong. My mom did not receive her fries with her meal and I went and asked three time for fries and they continued to stare at me and give others their food when I placed my order before them, and finally after waiting and asking several times, I received my fries when we were finished and about to leave. We received milkshakes that were undrinkable and straight ice cream. The place was dirty and the tea was in a jug just sitting out. The food was not the best, and the service was rushed, not helpful, and not friendly. I wanted to have a nice lunch before my family dropped me off and went home, but we we're more focused on the horrible experience.
It's not one of the bigger Cook Outs I've been in and I wish it was a little more convenient to Rt. 460, but otherwise it's a good stopping point if you're around Farmville and want their brand of cheap eats or one of those fabulous milkshakes.
