We rent bikes there frequently and Greg is so great to work with!! Always gets our bikes ready for us and checks them before we leave. Love riding from the store to the bridge and back!!
Everyone was beyond nice and helpful to my family and I. Including letting us push back our rental start time from 11am to 11:30, to account for me having gotten a little lost. I can't recommend them enough!
This place is very well located, as it is right next to the trail. The staff is very nice and helpful and accommodating to our needs. Parking was easy. They only received 4 stars as opposed to 5 because the 2 person trike we reserved, so that I could carry our dog along, had an electrical issue. We still used it without the battery assist, but it was difficult for the 2 of us to pedal it as it is heavy. We were told it was hard to pedal alone, but we already had our dog with us. Turned out to be a little more excercise than we had thought. However, our daughters loved riding the trail cruisers. It was a nice 10 mile trip.
Wonderful customer service! The cruising bikes were easy to ride and comfortable. The scenery is amazing!
What a great experience this was. The reservation on line was easy. The bike pick up was flawless. The 5 mile ride to the bridge was easy and scenic, including the deer we encountered on our ride. Overall this was a 5 star experience for me and my daughter. Great Father/Daughter day!
